A Pilgrimage of Peace – April 18–26, 2026

This pilgrimage is designed for those who carry leadership and influence, often in complex and demanding spaces. Many who are invited lead through relationship, discernment, and presence, shaping culture and direction in ways that are not always visible or named.

This journey offers time to step out of urgency and noise and into a slower, more intentional rhythm of listening, reflection, and learning.

Ireland’s story invites this kind of leadership posture. The land holds memory, conflict, resilience, and peace shaped over time through courage, patience, and difficult choices. As you walk these places and hear from those who lived through the conflict (The Troubles) and helped shape what peace looks like today, you’ll be invited to reflect on how leadership forms people, communities, and futures.

This experience is intentionally gathered as a circle of women in leadership and influence. Creating space among women allows for a particular depth of conversation and shared understanding around influence, responsibility, and the realities of leading. The focus is not on labels or roles, but on presence, authenticity, and the long work of peace.

The journey will be guided by Dr. Gary and Joyce Mason of Belfast, founders of RethinkConflict.com and longtime leaders in the Irish peace process who open doors few others can. They bring deep wisdom, humility, and an ability to hold hard stories with care and honesty.

This pilgrimage is meant to support leaders who want their influence to be grounded, thoughtful, and life-giving. It’s an opportunity to listen deeply, learn generously, and consider how the practices of peace can shape the way you lead when you return home.
