Just beyond the border between the United States and Mexico lies a reality many never fully see or understand. The stories found in Nogales are filled with resilience, faith, sacrifice, survival, and hope, yet they are also marked by pain, separation, displacement, and uncertainty. Join us as we walk alongside immigrants, local leaders, and humanitarian organizations, listening to their stories and experiences, learning about the realities of life at the border, and holding the tension and humanity that exist on both sides. It will be eye-opening, sacred, emotional, and deeply formational.
Our most recent journey has concluded, and our next Beyond the Border Encounter will be October 24-27, 2026. Please fill in your information below and we will notify you as soon as registration opens. Space is limited.

Who is my neighbor? Perhaps one of the most overlooked people groups/tribes among us are our Native American neighbors. Their history and their stories are rich in culture, beauty, honor and mercy. Yet, their collective story is one of pain, brokenness, displacement, rejection and loss. Join us as we walk among our friends and neighbors, listening to their stories and their hearts, learning about their traditions and history, and holding their truths today. It will be beautiful, sacred as well as disrupting.

Restorative justice invites us to see people differently — not through shame, labels, punishment, or division, but through dignity, compassion, healing, and reconciliation. Rooted in the way of Jesus, this experience explores how storytelling, empathy, resonating, and human connection can transform the way we understand justice, brokenness, forgiveness, and restoration. Join us as we listen to vulnerable stories, reflect on lived experiences, engage difficult tensions, and learn how to embody a more restorative way of seeing others and ourselves. It will be honest, sacred, and deeply transformative.
Our next Workshop is Saturday, August 8. Please fill in your information below and we’ll notify you as soon as the registration opens.
